30 Day Blackout book cover, by Stacy Jagger

30 Day Blackout

“A child with an internet device in his or her hands is no longer just a child. They are something different and that is the problem! Stacy Jagger is a masterful storyteller and a much sought-after therapist with a tested solution to this societal dilemma. In this book, she beautifully weaves together a tapestry of renewal by drawing together the threads of science and proven change techniques honed through years of helping real families drowning in the digital flood. My advice as a psychologist is to pick up this book and don’t put it down until you have mastered these solutions because, if you don’t, the digital world will master you, and your child! This manual is CPR for children in the digital age!”- John William Fite, Ph.D.
